1. Kindly inform latest by 24 hours after receipt of e-mail if there is any correction required in your names / dates etc. Changes are subject to the availability.
2. Once the payment is made clients have to verify the transacted amount by checking with their respective banks. Verification of the exact amount (in pounds and pence) should be in written and replied back at the same email confirming the details of the flights/holidays package. This has to be done as soon as payment is made as we cannot ticket before this confirmation and the rates offered are subject to availability of fare from airline.
3. Always confirm your flight schedule with us 48 hours prior to your departure time.
4. All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
5. Holiday packages are non-refundable. Changes are subject to the availability.
6. Deposits are non-refundable and will hold the seat only (not the fare) so if there is any fare difference coming up at the time of final payment, it will be charged accordingly.
7. SkyTrip does not take any responsibility for the valid travel document (s) for the passenger. As a Travel agency, we only do flight tickets and hotels. We strongly advice you take advice of concerned consulate for any issues regarding transit or any other visas.
